I'm an English photographer living in the inspirational city of Paris. I've been here for the past 10 years working professionally for international magazines and advertising companies. This website is a collection of my favourite pictures, some personal, some commissioned but all appealing to me for one reason or another. Many are digital but most of my favourites are shot on film. I learned architectural photography and dark room techniques at my father's side when I was a very young teenager and my passion grew from there. Thanks also to my mother, who was a portrait painter and illustrator for Vogue, I developed an eye for light and composition. I tried to keep photography as a hobby while working in my 20's as a violinist, but it soon took over my world so I decided to quit the fiddle and go professional with my camera. I am easy going and like being involved in all stages of image production from location scouting to casting to post-production. I work regularly with a network of talented artistes worldwide enjoying the adventure of working in challenging situations to get the best results for my clients. I currently live in the heart of Paris with my wife and young family.
